Meet Bonnie - Our Designer
Meet our designer Bonnie. Bonnie was born in Birmingham, AL and moved with her family to Oneonta, AL in the second grade. As a kid, she was always doodling, loved clothes & shopping. She went from sketching dance outfits for her and her friend to wear on Star Search to designing her teams Majorette uniforms her senior year.
She attended Auburn University and graduated
with a bachelors degree in Apparel Merchandising, Design, & Production and a minor in business. Prior to graduation, she did an internship with Dillard’s Corporate in their product development department. She was offered a job and moved to Little Rock, AR after graduating where she lived for the next 6 years. Bonnie became the Infant Girl Designer for Dillard’s private label “Starting Out” brand. In the 20 years she has been in the industry she has worked with both large and small companies & designed for the entire family (mens, ladies and kids).
Paul and Bonnie met in Little Rock in 2004. He asked her out to lunch at a red light one morning on her way to work. The rest is history! They moved to Greenville in 2006 and married in 2007. They have two beautiful children, Andrew (8) and Brooklyn (3), that are the perfect addition to the PRODOH consumer panel.
Bonnie’s husband, Paul, grew up with Stacey and DJ (DOH). She sent her resume to Stacey in the summer of 2018 and she's been designing for PRODOH for 2 years now!
What's your favorite thing to design?
That’s a tough one! Digging all the outerwear we introduced for Fall 20! Spring is my favorite season to develop with the fun colors, patterns & swim! I LOVE the prep work of beginning a new season..trending, color research, sales analysis, mood boards. Fall 22 is up next on the list!!🙌🏼
