Part-time/Freelance Graphic Designer

We're seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a keen eye for design to help elevate our brand across various digital and print platforms. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design compelling graphics for promotional and commercial needs, including logos, icons, and imagery for digital and print assets
• Lead the creation of all email designs
• Develop brand-specific graphics for social media posts and stories
• Craft eye-catching graphics for website elements (home page carousels, blog posts, etc.)
• Collaborate with the team on designing print and digital catalogs
• Contribute to photoshoot direction and shot list curation
• Provide copywriting support for email campaigns and social media content
• Communicate concepts and designs effectively to Marketing Specialist, Founders, and team members

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
• Strong layout composition and typography skills
• In-depth knowledge of correct file dimensions for various interfaces
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Commitment to staying updated on emerging design trends and competitor activities
• Remote work capability (Eastern US preferred)

 Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across projects
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Time Commitment

• We're flexible on the exact schedule, but expect around 25 hours per month or approximately 5 hours per week. We're open to discussing details with the right candidate.
